Fully Equipped Kitchen with a great view of the ocean.

3 Bedrooms (one loft style with oriental screens for privacy if desired).  All three bedrooms have ocean view. 
The loft bedroom has wonderful views of the ocean and surrounds, while the other two bedrooms have a view of the ocean from the south side of the house.

    The first floor bedroom  (Bedroom 1) is decorated in a Southwest style and has a king size bed

    The second floor bedroom (Bedroom 2) is decorated in a safari flavor and has a queen size bed

    The "loft bedroom" (Bedroom 3) is oriental in style with a queen size bed and wonderful views

Loft area with two daybeds (one with pullout trundle) and great ocean views.

Raised full sized  Aero Bed is great in living room in front of fireplace or wherever you prefer to place it.

Dining room seating for 8, bar seating for 4, plus a daybed  for sleeping or just relaxing.

Gas Log Fireplace

Living room entertainment center with 27" television, VCR, DVD, CD changer, Cassette Player and tuner.

Cable TV in bedrooms 1, 2 and living room.

Hot Tub with views (we use Baqua Spa to treat our  hot tub which is chlorine and bromine free, there is no burning to the eyes, nose or drying of the skin, and leaves the hot tub sanitized and clear without foaming.) 

Deck and gardens on south side of house offer a great view of the Pacific.  Open lot to west of house is part of the grounds with planted and maintained lawn.  Gas Barbeque and patio furniture.

Entryway/Porch in front and east side of house - perfect for morning coffee or watching a sunset.

Two complete linen changes (including comforters) with blankets and pillows.  Plenty of bath towels, beach towels and robes.

For our little guests we have a port-a-crib, bed safety rail, booster seat, high chair, stroller and safety gate for the stairs.

Umbrellas incase of a sudden shower or that romantic walk on the beach.

Washer and dryer for your use.

Two Car Garage

Telephone with answering machine - Toll free and calling card only for long distance.

"Caribbean Cruise" cocktail table style pinball machine - free play.  Board games, puzzles, coloring books, etc.

In the garage you'll find a cart that is great for taking things to the beach, or to use when out shopping places like the outlet mall.

We sincerely regret that due to liability reasons we cannot supply bikes, scooters or skateboards, but if you have the room to bring them with you, you are more than welcome.  Just be aware that helmet laws for children vary from state to state as do the car seat regulations.  Thank you for your understanding!
